| He shut off the shut off valves to hot and cold water lines to the bathroom sink and changed the o rings, and drained hot water tank and replaced both heating units. Since he refilled the hot water tank and we up and running, now getting hot water out of all cold faucets and the hose. If we flush the toilet we get real hot water out of all faucets on hot. Normal hot is not real hot unless toilet flushed. What is going on. He thinks it has to do with the bladder in the tank below ground. Help. |
