American Tank Company's poly tanks are designed to withstand sustained temperatures up to 120º F.
Vertical tanks feature tie-down slots, built-in graduated gallonage indicators, an offset fill-well and a self-vented, slosh-proof lid and are available in a wide variety of sizes and dimensions that will suit almost any application
Standard weight tanks (Natural Color) will safely handle liquids with a specific gravity up to 1.5, weighing up to 12.5 Lbs. per gallon
Heavy-duty tanks (Blue Color) will safely handle liquids with a specific gravity up to 2.0, weighing up to 16.5 Lbs. per gallon and allows for easy viewing of liquid levels. Black color is available by special order
Standard 16” Threaded Manway containing a 2” vent allows for easy access to the tank with an outlet fitting and siphon tube for simple hookup and full drainage capability. Additional fittings are easily added
Comes with 4 molded-in seismic tie-down slots for easy securing of the tank to the ground with rope or cable
American Tank Company supports the manufacturer’s 3-year warranty dependent on the chemical compatibility of the intended contents with the tank, tank fitting, and fitting gasket materials.
Due to the nature of the rotational molding process, dimensions may vary from what is published and shown on the referenced drawings.
During the delivery process, tanks can pass between several docks and trucks on their way from the factory to the customer. Though not a guarantee, tank wrap “helps” to protect the tanks from getting scuffed and dirty. The best way to avoid cosmetic damage is to set up a will call at the factory and personally handle the tanks yourself. |
